I had fantastic customer service, from my first quoting process to after I received the transfers. I had a little trouble with the transfers at first but was able to talk with my rep who gave me some suggestions to try and it worked.

I give a 5 star. Service has been excellent. A viewing area on the website allowing us to see uploads and orders-current and past would be nice to help us track and tally orders. Actually view files to see if they are correct. If we sent a file, which one. I like the same day option. Except it seems always full or has been 2 out of 4 times we got the order in by 12:00. Next day is usually good though.
