The service was friendly and responses to quotes and emails were quick. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is that I got two invoice charges for one order. They bill the shipping separate from the items ordered when you are a new customer. That makes for more work on my end. The transfers were great and we will continue to order from Howard.

Our last order was almost perfect! There were some random ink spots in a centralized area that we had to make sure we cut around to minimize unwanted spots. Other then that, great job!

I would give five stars for the final product and the interaction with all employees, they were all very attentive and quick to answer any questions. The only reason for the four stars rating was the online-ordering process. I should note that this was my first time ordering transfers. Some of the requests for information could be made a little clearer for first-timers. When the form asked for dimensions - were they asking for the final piece of artwork or the gang sheet size? Maybe have an option that allows user to tell you they are submitting gang sheet artwork. The quantity needed, the number of gang sheets??

The prints are clean and sharp. However we have found a lot of the prints have specks of ink through out the sheet (that are not part of the print), so we have to go through and make sure those are cut off. This is adding a lot of time to our printing process. Otherwise the prints are delivered on time and the actual prints are turning out wonderfully.

They were helpful, and quick to respond. Would have given 5 stars, however was just a little confusing on size ordering

The color shirt images seem to turn out perfect but I prolly wasted 4-6 white due to it not applying correctly after successfully trimming image and using correct heat setting I gave up trying them to reduce my waste of shirts and went back to my old way on the white shirts but the color shirt turn out good once I was able to trim them down

First order from Howard’s...very pleased. Longer pressing time then other transfers i’ve Used from another supplier, but end result was excellent and slightly less expensive then the other company I worked with. Overall, I will definitely order again😊
