Not great quality.
I wish I could attach pictures, but I’ve recieved a bad batch of transfers from them. I spend thousands of dollars a month with Howard and I rarely complain. Unfortunately, their solution isn’t a feasible solution for my business, as they want me to ship back the transfers with my tees to have them “test” the prints. Use caution ordering multi color transfers. The quality isn’t great.

Thank you for the feedback, Kelsey. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused your company. Per our conversation this week, we wanted to test the transfers on your garments because the archived transfer we had in-house was printing without issue. We were willing to cover the cost of you shipping back the transfers and the garments, as well as the cost of applying them for you so that you could meet your deadline. We offered you several other solutions: re-producing the transfers as is, re-producing the transfers with art changes, and offering a full refund of the returned, un-used product – all at no cost to you. As you chose to be refunded, your refund was submitted the day you reached out to us.
