Haven't opened it yet but it got here in good shape

I placed the order but the next day cancelled it because I found out the scooter wasn't TSA approved. They said they would try to catch it before it went out (which should have been a fairly simple process) but they didn't catch it. A week later (why couldn't they find my order in a week?) I got notification that they shipped it. The FedEx delivery was a nightmare - I had to refuse the delivery twice before it was finally returned to Hoverfly. They then refused to refund my sales tax, which is a violation of both California (where they are) and Utah (where I live) law. It has now been six weeks since I cancelled the order and still waiting for resolution. I can't review the product because I returned it. My communications were always polite, but never resolved my issue.

Great response I just wish I had a more powerful longer batteries and powerful motor. I got what I got.

The scooter was timely and complete

The product was packaged well. The instructions could have been a little clearer but my wife and I figured it out.

Price was great, delivery was was on. Easy to assemble. Just one question about charging. But otherwise very satisfied.

Performs better than expected. Could be a little softer ride but I’m happy with it.

I need to return this, it is broken , does not turn well either..please let me know how to handle this..
