I bought a new throttle handle for my hoverfly ebike. After hooking it up and confirming it had power, I attempted to actually use it to y'know...move the actual bike. No dice. The handle refuses to actually move the bike. Even worse, the instruction manual has no troubleshooting section that actually talks about replacing a handle leaving you at a loss as to what to do next. No bike shops will help either as they refuse to get involved with anything in regards to the electronics side of bike maintenance. You would think that if you go through the time and effort to actually order the part for the bike from the manufacturer of the bike it would work right out of the box. Fat chance. And forget asking for a refund. They put it on the website that part purchases are final. Long story short, you better not break your throttle handle on a Hoverfly ebike 'cause even with the right parts, chances are you'll just end up with a regular bike.

What can I say, I wasn’t sure if I wanted th 3 or 4 wheel scooter, so I ordered both after reading your return policy. The T-4 arrived 1st. I assembled and it only worked for a couple of minutes. (I didn’t like the 4 wheel anyway, too wide of a turning radius. I disassembled and repacked in the box. The customer support, Lydia, told me me that I needed to submit a video of it. I am disabled and will have to hire someone to unpack, reassemble, take a video of a dead scooter, reassemble and repack into the box. C’mon, give a crippled guy a break! You sent me a defective scooter, will charge me $150 restocking fee, I have to hire someone to do the above procedure and I suspect that you won’t accept the return. I’m sorry that this wasn’t constructive but I feel that I am getting screwed. I have no issue with paying the $150 but why you need a video of a scooter not running is beyond me. I hope that you are aware that your customers are either disabled, old or otherwise infiirmed. My day to day life is hard enough without having to senseless tasks like you require.

I got my parts pretty quickly and everything was there that I needed.

Through my own fault I ordered the Hover Fly that can’t be folded for easy travel. I now have to purchase a scooter carrier for the back of my car. I have spent some on it and love it. Feels like I got the sports car that eluded me when I was younger.

I have not received the screws the secure may arm rest to the scoote nor have I received the screws that secure the anti tip wheels on the back. I called and requested them but have not gotten them. Otherwise I like my scooter

Purchase went smoothly, I got my overfly in about a week, if that long. Minimal assembly was quick and easy. The only hard part was waiting for the battery to charge. The next day, I was rolling up and down the docks, up the ramps, to the parking lot and back down again. I’m going to suggest this to my mother.
