The order was received promptly. Yesterday I put in the first color cartridge and the blue ink was not coming out clear. I put in the second color cartridge and it is working perfect. I am going to return the first cartridge with a copy of how the blue ink did not come out correctly. I tried several times. Can you simply send me another cartridge. Thanks. Sheerin Rahman

feedback and support for problems with used cartridges. Seems to work OK for now, I dont use printer that much. How long should they last?

I didn't receive very many updates on from when it shipped to being delivered

I would have rated you 5 stars, but when i originally tried to enter my order at "Check Out" you declined my credit card. I tried 3 times. There was no problem with my card as I had used it okay on a couple other purchases. This was December 27th. I even received a e-mail from you reminding me to complete the order. When I tried to phone you everytime it want yo voice mail, but no one called me back. Finally-on January 6th. I decided to try again and entered my order, and this time everything when like clock work. My credit card was accepted/processed and my order shipped & received January 13eth. I installed the Ink Cartridge, and it's working great. I am at a loss why no one phoned me back, or why my c/card was declined. I would appreciate any feed back you can provide. The two cartridges were packed well and installed good. They seem to work good so far.

The package arrived a couple of days later than I was originally sent, but the print cartridges were packed nicely and in good shape when they were delivered. Overall, a good experience and a good product.

Very happy with cartridges.. didn’t give it 5 Stars cuz not sure how long they last yet but price was great!
