Housekeeper.comReviews of housekeeper.com

This site will automatically charge your credit card. It is not obvious when you sign- the impression is that it is a one-time fee. Their cancellation policy is well hidden. Also, to cancel you will need help from customer service. It is also difficult to find the contact information. There is no phone number. Terrible service!

In my opinion I think they really need to up their services. Not much to say

This site is a scam. The language they use to get you to sign up makes it seem like you are signing up for just one month. They do not mention that it is a recurring bill. They have to share that you are agreeing to a recurring bill more clearly, not just in the fine print. Every month they continued to take money from my account without sending a bill or any kind of notification. I did not get a single reliable housekeeper from the service and spent over $200. Do not use this service.

Do NOT use this site. I have found NOT one reliable person. Waste of time and money to even deal with site or the people who use it to market themselves are cleaners.

This is by far the worst website for any cleaner out there. Knowing how passionate you are about your work and knowing there this stupid website taking your hard earn money. Please do not fall victim to this shady site do not subscribe to it.

Thank you to all of you who posted truth, you have saved me from a lot of time wasted and frustration. I want to encourage you and this of you who may come after me, you do not need this site to profit. Place a card you no longer use in the area of the card that has been charged, cancel, deactivate and if there are any people of faith; sow every seed you have given to this site into the kingdom of God and watch how God turns it around. What the devil meant for evil God can and will turn it around for your good. Open your own dba , get your own business started, sites like wix or godaddy.com have pretty cheap and easy to use website builders, build from this experience, one lesson I’m taking from this is to look at the reviews before entering any card information. These are the last days and we are seeing evil more and more wherever we look. Look to the LORD Jesus to guide you by His Holy Spirit in all that you do. Don’t give up on your dreams and don’t let this set back stop you. You are great, go be great. Jesus did not say it would be easy, Gods word tells us that there will be trials and tribulations, but He has already overcome this world and we can too. Pray for these people that they too repent and turn to Christ. For those of you who have not yet, you still have time. He will lead you into truth so you don’t spend time and money on the wrong things, I made one payment of $19 to this site but I sowed it as a seed toward my cleaning business, my seed was not wasted because I was shown truth. You can make it, Jesus will show you the way.

I joined this site four months ago and had applied for maybe 4 or 5 housekeeping jobs in my area and received no reply. I tried one more and to my surprise I got a response and ended up getting the job, the lady who hired me felt the same as myself when we set up an interview to meet at her residence she wasn't sure if I was real and visa versa. To be honest, I think the odd person is real on the website but most profiles are fake...I just got lucky I guess. I've applied for atleast ten more jobs and no response from anyone.

If you register for 1 month, they will renew automatically your subscription without advising you and nothing you can do to have your money back. Don't deal with them. Not an honest company.
