Once I purchased here a year ago and forgot about it until recently. Great transactions

I ordered 3 bottles of perfume, received the order info email for 3 bottles and my card was charged for one bottle. It took over 3 weeks to receive the perfume and over that time I emailed them twice and finally got a response the day the perfume arrived with just the tracking link, no other words. Upon opening the box I could smell the perfume which was wrapped as a new bottle should be; however over half of the bottle was gone and had clearly spilled in shipping. I reached out to them via email and did not use the product to let them know of the damage and to inquire about the missing two bottles from my order. I received a response a week later saying they would issue a portion for credit. I ended up using the product while away on a trip and it seeped out even more during my drive. Later took a flight and I was left with not enough product to spray within 2 weeks! I reconnected with them and they said, "Hello. the credit will be $20 and if it keeps leaking it is advised that the remainder is transferred to another atomizer as this perfume is no longer available." Totally unacceptable, 10 days later no refund.

Avoid this "company." There is a reason they do not have a phone number for you to reach them. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they sent me a clearly counterfeit product. This after several weeks had elapsed after I placed the order, and I had to email them repeatedly asking for the status of the order. When I sent an email after receiving the counterfeit cologne, they simply did not respond. A few hours after my credit card company reversed the charge (after weeks of research post-dispute filing, and my having to provide documentation to the CC company about the product being counterfeit) a fraudulent purchase was made with my credit card and I had to have a new card issued to me. Coincidence, or retribution from criminals who had stored my CC info?

Stay away from this company. I order 2 bottles of perfume a month ago. I have emailed this company 6 times asking for the status of my order, or tracking and got 1 response saying order will be delivered within the week. Guess what? It never arrived. We are the 1 month mark and nothing. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
