I ordered a bottle from their website and only ever received purchase confirmation. Weeks later I asked for an update and never got a response. I asked again for an update another week later. They finally responded to tell me they had sent me an email (which they hadn't) saying the product I ordered was out of stock. They haven't communicated since and haven't done anything. I'm currently disputing this charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I ordered product $170 worth of product on July 16th 2026 and paid for Express Shipping. I sent a message a few days later for a shipping ETA and explained I was moving out of the country and wouldn't be at the address much longer. I received a canned response of "You will receive the shipment within a week". I replied asking to cancel as it most likely wouldn't arrive in time. I got ZERO response and there was ZERO movement on the order. On SEPTEMBER 30TH I emailed and asked for cancelation again as it still hadn't shipped. Instead of canceling or replying, they marked my order as "Shipped". SEVENTY SIX DAYS later they decide to ship it, despite my requests and explanation that the package will get sent back since I no longer live there. Zero customer service, zero business practice skills. I should've known better.

Received 3 counterfeit perfumes and when I reached out to let them know they simply Replied no refunds. Stay away.

I have a fragrance collection of about 125 bottles. I made two purchases from Hott Perfume simply because they advertised 100% authentic fragrances, and of course their prices were competitive. (I do not have any counterfeit fragrances, and I am very careful about this, but if you don't already own something, it can be hard to determine whether what you get is authentic, without the ability to compare it with an authentic bottle.) I ordered a bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood, and a 3.4oz bottle of Gucci Envy, in separate orders. I received both on the same day. The shipping was fairly quick, and the packing was fine. In the first shipment, the bottle of Tom Ford was counterfeit. There were many indications, but the most telling was the fact that the word 'vaporasiteur' on the front of the box was missing the 't'. Bad mistake. In the second order, instead of the 3.4 oz bottle of Gucci Envy that I ordered, they shipped me two 1.7 bottles. When I wrote them about this (you can't call, they don't answer), they said that I got what I ordered, since they fulfilled the total amount of fragrance (3.4oz) at a cost to them. I kept the two Guccis, and gave them as gifts. I know this scent well, and was looking for a larger bottle for myself, since it is discontinued. And wouldn't you know that the bottles they sent me were also counterfeit. The color of the fragrance was completely different, the lettering was rubbing off the front of the bottle (!!) and more. I have filed chargebacks on both orders as they ghosted me on the Tom Ford, and said to return the Gucci Envy on the second for a refund. I told them I wanted a prepaid return label and I would, and now they are ghosting me there, too. I would not recommend this site, and caution you that if it happened to me, it's probably happened to many of you, too. There are many legitimate discounters out there. Find another one. Some of the counterfeit product in the market are nearly identical to the authentic versions, and if you don't care, fine. But if buying legitimate product is important, this is not the site to do it from.

Phone number listed never gets answered. They take your money and ship at their leisure. Then you’ll find counterfeit perfumes delivered to your door hopefully a month later. You get what you pay for. Which is alcohol trash in a bottle. Don’t waste your money Don’t reply here to try and make yourself look better. I already went through emailing your scam company with your horrible customer service. I’m not paying to ship back what’s essentially trash. Serial number between the box and perfume don’t match. No logo underneath the cap. Spray nozzle isn’t right. Even the logo on the bottle looks like it was placed on by a blind person. It’s so obvious. Not to mention it smells horribly of straight alcohol. I’ve already disputed the transaction and have reported you to the Federal Trade Commission for selling counterfeit products.

I sent this email to them 8-15-26 then a second request and still now on 8-19-26 still no response. I called the phone number they list: 914-560-8402 and it refers you to their email address which is where I sent the two email requests before......." I am a new first-time customer. I bought the Dior Sauvage Eaude Parfum 3.4 oz your return policy says unopened items may be returned. How is a person supposed to know if the Parfum is authentic unless they remove the cellophane wrapper and open it and try it and smell it and compare it to an original bought at Macy's? I have opened the Parfum Dior Sauvage and it is not satisfactory. After just a short while you can no longer smell it and I have tried it twice and asked my sister who was with me in our car if she noticed any smell and neither her nor I could detect any results. I want to return this product because it is not the real unadulterated Parfum. I have "soaked" myself with this and in a few minutes nothing. It is obviously a watered down fake. There is no lot# stamp on the bottom of the bottle. No batch code. No stamp on the box Of course Macy's is more expensive but theirs is the real thing and this is not." And they will not respond to you.

This is a terrible company; I paid nearly $200 for an item, and they sent me a counterfeit product. They aren't answering any of my emails, and the phone just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope they get penalized for treating customers this way.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1st it took 2 weeks to ship the product. That was the first red flag. This website sells knockoff perfumes. I ordered perfume and the scent wasn’t correct and neither was the packaging. This website is fraudulent. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!!
