I paid two premium platinum tickets, seating together for Ghampion league final2019. I got tickets from category 3 , separate seats. Delivery was at last moment. The are cheating people, steal money. Don’t buy tickets there!

I had a bad feeling when I booked UCL Final tickets with this lot and I should have listened to my instinct. Told that I would be given collection details on Friday but no contact, not answering phones or responding to emails. Nothing short of scandalous my solicitor will be in touch on Monday

After spending 12k advised day before that tickets downgraded, offered ‘lesser tickets’ and ultimately cancelled. Any idea on how to get a refund ? completely unacceptable. How do credit card/merchant services companies allow them to operate Lucky I had a back up

Does anyone know the collection point in Madrid for tickets??? They’ve just cancelled our tickets for the Champions League Final the day before the match while we’re already in Madrid having spent so much to get here. Couldn't echo the sentiments of other users more! I so wish I'd have checked this company out first before ordering! Received an e-mail stating a delay.........no news so phoned up. Greeted by some half wit who explained they were "cancelling" the tickets at that point but couldn't understand that I was annoyed I'd had to phone to find out! Despite not using any foul or abusive language the operative hung up on me! Wish I'd have told her to f@@@ off!

I purchased what I knew to be overpriced tickets for the final game of the PL season several weeks ago. This afternoon, 48 hours before the game, I got an email saying that the game was now sold out and therefore my order was being cancelled. What a con! A 25% additional credit against future purchases is as much use as a chocolate teapot - why would I want to use them again. A few weeks ago it wasn't certain whether certain games would be title deciders. Now the chance of obtaining a ticket is probably zero. Don't use these people

5 Tickets für Tottenham bestellt. Ticketübergabe war äusserst mühsam. 5 Tickets in 4 verschiedenen Sektoren erhalten! 2 Tickets waren ungültig und wir konnten nicht ins Stadion! Auch nach mehrmaliger Reklamation keine Entschuldigung oder Preisrückerstattung erhalten.

1 Star is already too much!!!!! Poor purchasing experience, poor customer service, poor quality in the overall. Do not buy event tickets from this website because of the headache and the hassle caused. Basically this website doesn't allow cancellation before the event and are forcing you to buy again from them since they only "offer" credit... Do not buy tickets at hotfootballtickets.com because: - Do not refund if you want to cancel - Offer credit but you can only 25% for other purchases,, meaning that you must give them more money - terrible & rude customer service - not sure you receive the tickets you have bought
