Made homeless in Memphis. Arrived at my hotel and despite recieving confirmation from hotely, the hotel had no idea who I was. I spent a night homeless in Memphis and had to spend approx 900 euro on another hotel for the remaining 2 of 3 nights. Incredibly poor service and dangerous to do to someone and what I feel is basically a scam. They are now not responding to my emails. Avoid like the plague.
