I have used this site weekly since Feb 2024. I have had no issues. Even had a refund.

Initially when I booked through hotels in America the hotel had no record of my booking however the following day they did have record of it so I'm pleased with that and waiting to see if there are any hidden fees when I arrive on May 20th. Checked in and all good 👍

I just used this website and saved over $50 on the same room I had booked 3 weeks prior. They had my reservation and was able to check in 3 hours early.

Hotelsinamerica.com is my go to site for the best prices on a hotel stay. I’m able to save at least 15% if not much more on my stay every time I book. I’m surprised to see negative reviews as the site is straight forward, easy to use, and provides an immediate confirmation for the stay. I think many people don’t understand that hotels charge additional resort fees and those fees have to be paid in addition to the cost of the hotel no matter what platform you book your stay at.

We used hotelsinamerica to book a recent trip to Key West at the Marriott on Duval. It went without a hitch. They offered the lowest rate by far, and it all went smoothly. Their communication was good, and we had literally zero problems. (We didn't even have to pay the hotel's resort fee, which we thought we'd have to pay at checkout.) We'll use them again.

I used hotels in America to book a one night stay in Fort Myers, Fl in August. It was much less expensive than other websites. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me to make a payment but after I said I paid online everything was fine. The receptionist was in training maybe that’s why but surprisingly he offered me even a lower price than the one I found . I have no complaints.

They did confirm my stay with them. On the day of arrival I had no problem. Great price! Great stay! Will use them again.

I had no problem using them. They had a cheaper price than all the major hotel sites. I see a lot of people had bad experiences with them, make sure to call the hotel directly after you book to make sure that it went through. I did this and everything worked out great.
