The hotel is in a cool area of the city. The Lastarria neighborhood is more artsy and hip. The hotel is high end, the staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean and in good condition. We ate breakfast on 8 every morning (which was very good) and had a light dinner several times in the restaurant/lounge. The hotel is walkable to the funicular/gondola, the subway and the hop-on bus route. I would recommend for a nice Chilean experience.

RUN AWAY from this agency! I had a very disappointing experience booking through HotelCheck Out Group. I made sure to select a room with two queen beds—not once, but twice—before confirming my reservation. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, I was told that my booking was actually for a king bed instead. I reached out to their customer service via email, but they were completely unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to carefully choose what you need and end up with something entirely different, with no support to fix it. I would strongly recommend staying away from this agency. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better service and accuracy.
