When I originally wrote this review I was annoyed & frustrated as I could not get to speak to anyone directly about a reservation I had made that day that needed altering. So I gave hotelcheckout.net 1 star. However on the same day they quickly replied to my email request to alter the booking & were very helpful. So have increased the stars to 4.

Der Reservierungsvorgang ist einfach gestaltet, das war angenehm. Auch das mehrmals darauf hingewiesen wurde, das die Buchung nicht stornierbar ist, fand ich sehr kundenfreundlich.

The customer service at the Adiagio is Gold Star. From check in, to the bar, to the restaurant, to housekeeping and the bellhops. We were very impressed and would stay again!
