Exceptional customer service
Hostwind's customer service is exceptional. They're always available on the live chat, I never have to wait to speak to anyone, they raise tickets on my behalf and respond to emails. It's shocking to actually find a company who is available to talk to. Highly recommended.

Love these guys.
Hostwinds provides the best customer service of any hosting company out there. I switched from GoDaddy because of their prices, but I'm going to be staying with them because of the level of service.
