Hostify has been a game changer
Hostify has been a game changer for our vacation rental business. Managing multiple properties across different platforms has become incredibly easy thanks to its intuitive interface and powerful automation tools. The channel manager works flawlessly, helping us avoid overbookings and saving countless hours of manual work. The support team is outstanding—always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever needed. We have also seen significant improvements in operational efficiency and guest communication since implementing Hostify. I highly recommend Hostify to any property manager looking for a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solution to grow their business with confidence.

Totalmente recomendable.

A great CMS with good software and terrific CS!
Hostify is a great CMS that we are now using for more than a year! We appreciate the product interface, which is simple and practical, and especially the customer support which is terrific. We constantly have clear and detailed answer and the product is evolving as we are sharing feedbacks. Lastly, the price/quality ratio might be one of the best on the market. We definitely recommend for any property owner managing multi-units!

Excellent experience as a first-time PMS user, great support and guidance
This is the first time we have used a PMS to manage our properties, and our experience with Hostify has been very positive. From the beginning, the attention and support have been excellent. The support team has always been available to answer our questions and help us properly configure the platform. We are based in Mexico and have been gradually taking advantage of more features as we become more familiar with the system. As we continue learning and implementing it, we can clearly see its potential to professionalize and optimize our operations. As constructive feedback, we would suggest making the interface more user-friendly and more visually intuitive, especially for users who are just getting started. However, overall, everything has worked very well so far and we are satisfied with the service.

Hi Germán! Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and constructive feedback about your experience. We truly appreciate your trust in us as your first PMS and are glad to hear that our support team has been there for you from the start. Your suggestion about making the interface more user-friendly and visually intuitive, especially for new users, is incredibly valuable. We will absolutely keep working to make Hostify an even more intuitive and seamless experience for everyone. We are excited to continue supporting your growth in Mexico and to be part of your journey as you further professionalize your operations. 🚀

Kiedra is amazing
Kiedra is amazing. My property just opened their units and threw me to the wolves to get it up and running. Kiedra is a life saver. She is always there to answer my calls, e-mails and texts. She is always fitting me into her schedule at the last minute for conference calls. I rely on her for just about everything. I hope management knows how valuable she is and treats her right. Thank you for everything that you do. You truly are an amazing employee and person.

Opening new units can be overwhelming, and we’re so glad she has been there to support you every step of the way. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. And rest assured, we always make sure to recognize and reward the team members who go above and beyond to support our property managers. Thank you again for your kind words and for being part of Hostify. 🌟
