I am thrilled I selected Hostfully for my direct booking platform because the training was amazing. Lauren Pike was my onboarding specialist. She was very knowledgable and helpful. This was a big learning curve form me and she took her time explaining everything. I always felt like she was really going to stick with me until I felt comfortable and confident to work independently. At one point I thought I would never learn it all but she truly stuck with me until the end. Now that I am successfully onboarded, she is even going to have weekly office hours for her clients to ask follow-up questions and I feel I can reach out via email if I have a question. I feel like she is a partner in my business and she cares about my success. I don't know if I just got lucky with Lauren or if all of your onboarding specialists are this amazing but I am glad I got Lauren assigned to me. I also loved the Q&A sessions and the videos. The specialists on the Q&A sessions were also great. It is so refreshing to join an online platform and not feel like you are alone and have no option to talk to a human. Overall, I am extremely happy that I selected Hostfully and a huge part of my satisfaction is because of the people on your team. Thank you to all of them!

After using another property management system for 10 years, choosing a new PMS was a big decision. We researched many options, and I’m genuinely so happy we chose Hostfully. The onboarding and support have been incredible. The setup is intensive, as it is with any PMS, but once everything is configured, Hostfully does so much of the work for you. Lauren, who helped us through onboarding, was amazing. Her personalized guidance and little tips made the process so much easier and were a huge part of our success. Between the training videos, resources, one-on-one help, daily office hours, and Sloth AI, there is always a way to get an answer when you need it. Being able to figure things out in real time instead of waiting for support has been a game changer. Since switching, we have fewer mistakes, better reporting, communication with our guests and a much smoother operation. Everyone’s job has become easier, including our cleaning staff, and my own work-life balance has improved tremendously. There are a lot of PMS options out there, but Hostfully has given us better support, faster answers, personalized help, and much more value for our money. I’m very happy we made the switch and would absolutely recommend Hostfully to other property managers.

Marcy was great. Anytime we needed help she was there. It’s nice to talk to a person rather than a chat bot. Or wait says for support to reply to a ticket. I never waited more than 30 minutes for help. The office hours are great too! I’ve dealt with many PMs systems and this has been the best.

Marcy was so engaging and helpful as I set up our property in Hostfully. It all seemed so daunting, yet Marcy walked me through each step, giving me wise counsel. She was gracious in the time she spent with me and patient as I learned to navigate the platform. Her follow up emails were super helpful to remind me of tasks that needed to be done.
