Pésimo servicio, mientras lo quería comprar, respondían los correos y las preguntas que se le hacían sin ningún problema, pero una vez comprado el servicio dejaron de responder, estuve enviando correos por cuatro días y nunca me contestaron jamás son unos abusivos, que lo único que quieren es dinero y se olvidan por completo del cliente

I have been chasing a WordPress ghost issue for the last three days. After using three different AI systems and uncovering layers of possible causes, I turned to HostDime for help verifying some specific data. Working with two support technicians, Edison and Ronald, the problem was finally solved. In my many years of hosting with HostDime, I have consistently experienced exemplary service, fast response times, and a support team willing to go far beyond the extra mile. They have not only solved problems, but have also taken the time to educate me along the way. As a customer, I genuinely appreciate that level of care and professionalism. Hostdime is hosting several of our websites. Without being a programmer/nerd/website-builder, we can always reach out when needed. Their response is fast and to the point, explaining things the way even we can understand. Thank you Hostdime team!

I have been HostDime customer for over 12 years. From a customer oriented company, they have turned into a fully money-making company with no regards for their customers. Their UK facility has been down for over 96 hours and there are no positive updates or clear timelines when the issue will be resolved and the services will be back online. The only information that is coming up is they have a fallout with their DC operator. Apparently, a fallout cannot happen overnight and there is something more to it? May be unpaid bills by HostDime? Whereas HostDime demands advance payments for their services. I do not think if I will continue or recommend HostDime after this experience.

Do not touch this company as their UK datacentre has been down for over 60 hours and they do not give any updates. No excuse for this and they seem to care more about making a profit than looking after customers. The current situation is down to a financial dispute they say now
