Host Camp gave my wife and I exactly what we needed to acquire our first short-term rental. The education, community, knowledge got us over the analysis paralysis hump to get 'er done! Now, the property is a top 5% performing property in our market and performing at a sweet 4.99 Stars! We've never missed SuperHost status either! Had we not come across Rob and this program, I doubt we'd have made it to this stage.

This is so much more than just a course you work through on your own. You’re not left to figure things out in a community app, you’re getting real, hands-on coaching and personalized mentorship to help you make the best decisions for your real estate goals. The level of guidance, support, and insight I’ve received has been absolutely instrumental in my journey. Whether you’re just getting into the short-term rental market or looking to build out unique and memorable stays, I can’t recommend this program enough. It’s a total game changer.

I cannot say enough good things about Rob and Host Camp. I met Rob as a buyer in a real estate transaction a couple years ago where I was the transaction coordinator. I was so impressed with how easy to work with he was, genuine, and just the over all "I'm good people" vibe he gives. It has only gone up hill from there as I have been around him the last two years. Host camp has so much information in there and Rob doesn't gate-keep or hold back. He genuinely wants you to be as successful as him! There are so many resources in there both in the form of content but also countless members in there to cheer you on and help you out with their wealth of experience.

This program provides you with everything you need to start and flourish in the short term rental of any real estate space. Rob and Kai are great mentors! There’s tons of other coaches and members that are extremely helpful as well.
