Host CampReviews of hostcamp.com

Kai and Rob are some of the sharpest minds in the business and pass that experience and knowledge on to their students. The program(s) are well thought out, easy to understand, and always evolving with the ever-changing STR space, market trends, and technology. More than anything, the community of like-minded individuals has been the most unexpected bonus that we continue to use, almost 3 years since joining the program.

The HostCamp team gave us the tools, knowledge, guidance, and encouragement we needed to launch our first STR. Thanks to the HostCamp course and community, we achieved Top 1% (!) and Superhost status on Airbnb within the first two months of launching our property. The weekly office hours were extremely helpful when we were searching for properties, and the online community was great for Q&A as well. If you want to break into the STR market and ensure your property beats the local competition, invest in HostCamp. Watch all the online course content, tap into the community, and do the work. It's worth it! We're proud of what we've accomplished so far (this is just the beginning!), and we couldn't have done it without HostCamp.

I learned about Rob of HostCamp years ago by coming across him on YouTube. After watching him a lot while, I was impressed by his wisdom and deep knowledge of the Airbnb market. Signing up for HostCamp, one of the first members, I was not disappointed. Rob and the HostCamp team are amazing and experts in the business of Airbnb and Short Term Rentals. He makes it understandable, learnable, and I hoenestly believe he cares about doing an amazing job and making his students a success. I highly recommend HostCamp and all of the many courses and opportunities to learn and engage with their coaches. It's only gotten better over the years, and that says something that I've been a member for years now.

Host Camp has been great to put me around like minded people who want to have the best short term rental in their area. Everyone in this group strives to be in the top 10% of their AirBNB/VRBO market. The coaching calls are always filled with so much knowledge and it helps having people you can bounce your ideas off to guarantee success. This is a rare group of people getting together and learning from each other. Whether it’s comping areas/properties, interior/exterior ideas and design, what amenities work for your market, or how the photos should look to make sure your listing pops, the information shared in Host Camp is 100% 5-Star worthy. Host Camp has been the best decision I have made in my real estate investing career.

I spent about a year independently researching and building a business plan for short-term real estate investing. When I came across this program, it truly expedited my process and gave me the framework I needed to move forward with more confidence. The lessons taught me how to avoid major mistakes that I may not have even seen coming on my own. The materials are extremely clear and helpful to follow, and the constant support from the team has made this journey so much smoother as a first-time investor. I'm so grateful I found this program when I did. It's been a game changer!

Great learning experience and lots of support in this community.

The coaches are always available to provide some help and answer questions as needed. Additionally the community members have also been incredibly helpful with their own contacts and lessons learned from their projects

Rob and the Host Camp team have helped us elevate our short-term rental (STR) business to new heights. They encouraged us to take further steps to grow and provided us with clear guidance on how to scale effectively. We’ve also been able to avoid several potential pitfalls along the way. Being part of the Host Camp community gives us confidence in building our business because whenever we encounter a challenge, we know there’s someone in the community who has already faced it and is willing to offer honest advice and feedback. When we opened our fourth STR, we encountered an issue that could have been devastating, costing us thousands in potential revenue. However, by applying the advice we received, we were able to turn the situation around in just 24 hours! We love being a part of Host Camp!
