Max was very helpful, he got the right hosting service for me with just a few very targeted questions.

Professional and great advice!

Fast & comprehensive experience. It's my first time hosting a site and didn't know who to really ask so I thought to give the live chat a chance. So Craig isn't a robot and got straight to asking me info about what I need and provided just what I needed, with a discount code too! Surprised at how quick he replied too. Will definitely come back here if I have any additional questions about hosting.

Really great hosting advice and quick reply from the Hosting Expert, Also the Hosting Expert was real friendly !

I contacted looking for hosting service in Africa. Even though, they do not provide hosting service, they we out of their way to suggest the best hosting service provider options. Great support. I was a very happy I contacted them.

I just want to say thank you so much for helping me choose the hosting company that most suits my needs - Craig took the time to answer every question, even went further by looking into the different plans offered by SiteGround, and sent me screenshots. It's easy to get lost reading different reviews, watching affiliates tutorials on Youtube... I am now more confident than ever! I highly recommend this company!

Great conversation and very helpful solution.
