Helpful consultation. The representative asked me great questions about my needs and gave me advice when I wasn't sure what was important to consider. I would have liked it if they were more willing to look into the website builder I have been exploring that they don't have any experience with when I asked them for their opinion about it. Nonetheless, the quality of service I received for free was excellent.

I actually landed on these guys while looking for a WhoIs tool, needed to scan this website I liked for their hosting provider. I got what I needed (provider's name & location) and continued to look at their Wordpress hosting category. Got a decent list of providers, only shame is that you need to visit each provider's review page before you can see their product specs. I like seeing a linear comparison between a number of providers - speed, storage space, cdn etc. A chat support representative asked if I needed help, I was fine one my own but it's still nice to be asked. 4/5 is what i think they deserve.
