I have been a customer of H4G for several years and have almost never had to reach out to them for anything other than upgrading my account. I have several sites hosted with them on a reseller account currently. Their servers are extremely fast, up time is great and their client area is really well laid out and easy to use. I recently hit them up for support on an issue that I felt was hosting related and they were quick to respond, knowledgeable and easy to talk to despite the issue being not a hosting issue in the end. The experience of dealing with them drove home to me what a great choice they were for hosting and how glad I was to have chosen them. That interaction is what made me come here to write this review. Like others here, I am a web developer who works with many hosting companies daily so I know a great hosting company when I see it. Thanks so much to the guys at H4G, particularly Jay, who put up with my incessant questions into the small hours of the morning.
