I was attracted with instant chat support. Their billing department is just ignored department. As from pakistan there is no paypal so i kept using different payment methods from my friends internationally. What is most inappropriate thing they keep saving all their payment details in their system without my consent. Instead on reminder they keep trying and charging from my friends PayPal thus showing them spam charging without letting me know as due invoice to be paid. Last time they charged unethically and terminated my account without even knowing me they did deduct the payment and did not gave me my clients backup also i could not send support ticket or communicate. When i came to know they took more days and they feel happy by fraud taking prior amounts without service. They costed me a big loss for thousands of dollars from my customers and they dont feel sorry or bad at all. Their support team is cooperative but this is my story how it end.

Signed up at the end of 2018, start of the 2019. Service was OK. Not the fastest services and kept going up and down not to mention their IP keeps getting blocked by outlook.com. When I would put in a ticket, they were very quick to respond, so that was always plus. I decided to switch hosts (8/2020) and opened a ticket on 9/4 (my billing cycle starts 9/23) to close my account. Received an auto reply that billing tickets are usually replied within 24 business hours. No response until 9/23 when they tried to charge my credit card again. I've been following up with them through the ticket and no response. I have screenshots of the ticket where I've been following up with no response. I even opened up a second ticket and referenced the first ticket. That second ticket was placed on "hold." They have also added a late fee. I notified them well in advance to cancel my services. This is unethical what they are trying to do. Terrible, terrible. Stay away. Not an honest company. Update: received an email from “Jay” asking me to remove my review. Important to note they they have not responded to the ticket but emailed me directly. He has yet to cancel my account.

So disapointed! I was searching for an alternative reseller hosting. Found H4G and ... well, I should've listened to the bad reviews. SPEED: mediocre SERVICE: terrible BILLING: the worse. I decided to try for a month before switching provider. I thought I'd have a full 30 days to try. After the first week I had already decided the service was not worth it. Cheap price, cheap service. To my surprise, 16 days after signing up, I got an invoice for the next month. Yes, they told me it was written (it was in the knowledgebase), don't remember ever reading this elsewhere. But again, isn't it twisted to signup for a monthly plan, then receive an invoice two weeks later? Even worse, as they had placed the invoice, they wouldn't let me cancel (they even advice, lack of payment does not cancel and they will chase you!). Never ever felt they wanted to help me solve my issue, just to collect their money. BOTTOM LINE: Three weeks after signing up, I had paid four two month of a service I used less than two weeks... just to break free. P.S. Should I mention, I usually have a high level of tolerance, but these people really messed up. UPDATE: SHORTLY AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW, THEY CONTACTED ME AND OFFERED A REFUND IF I CHANGED TO A BETTER REVIEW... FIRST, I THOUGHT IT COULD BE THEY´RE NOT AS BAD AFTER ALL, AND TOLD THEM I WOULD CONSIDER IT. THEN THEY CLARIFIED THE REFUND WOULD ONLY COME AFTER I CHANGED MY REVIEW... SO, NOW, IT WAS CLEAR TO ME IT WAS JUST A BRIBE SO I REFUSED AND I´M SHARING WITH YOU ALL.

slow servers, no refund policy and the support is not good I am not happy, I will be filing a dispute soon with my bank I am giving this company some days to respond to this refund request.

I wish I could have given 0 stars because Host4Geeks deserves a 0 star rating. Host4Geeks LLC has got to be the crappiest host service ever. I am with another host who happens to utilize some of Host4Geeks services, and recently my cPanel account, along with many others, were reduced to where I could access bare minimums (SSH Access, etc). No "popaccts" were available, which includes vital links like "File Manager", and "Email Accounts". Do NOT use Host4Geeks. The reviews posted on here do NOT reflect the absolute dog crap customer service, nor do they reflect Host4Geeks' absolute unexplained removal of vital services that we have paid for. Host4Geeks, If you see this review, know this: the people writing this review are strongly recommending that others NOT use your hosting or services, due to the complete lack of professionalism and limited services for absolutely no reason. If you want customers, do them right.

The first year was perfect, I gave them 5 stars. As soon as they took the money for the second year, I encountered problem after problem as well as a very slow loading website. I asked for a refund which they refused and have now have closed my account, so no refund and no service! Avoid this company.

Terrible experience, slow server, a lot of down times, high Waiting (TTFB), a lot of Connection timed out, and I was pre paid for 3 yr and Host4Geeks can't guarantee the satisfaction of customers et no refund is possible.

I made a terrible mistake to switch to Host4Geeks and pre paid for 3yrs without testing before. Server was overloaded, slow connexion, a lot of error pages or timeout issue, high Load Averages on my server, useless technical support. All good reviews was fake don't make the same mistake.
