Top quality hardware. Well made and beautiful finish options. Staff always great to work with and ships orders more efficiently than any other company I have used. Tried many hardware companies when starting business and by far biggest fan of Horton product, staff, and prices. I recommend you guys to all co-workers and customers. On top of that a small local business rather than a huge corporation.

I have purchased hardware from Horton Brasses many times and will continue to do so in the future. Especially in the hardware world, how often do you hear American made and family owned in the same sentence. Great finishes and styles to choose from and more importantly to me, fantastic tolerances. Well made products across the board! Customer service has always been great and with direct contact to the owner, you couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a dresser from the 1930's and I just needed a few parts to repair a broken handle. I sent an email and asked them if they had it. They responded immediately and I refinished that dresser and repaired the handle. They shipped the handle quickly too. I like this company so when my Mother asked me if I could get one for her I called again. Once more I was helped, their knowledge is bountiful. I will always buy the items they have because of their incredible customer service. They respond quickly and tell you what is happening with your order in a personal email, not an automated response. It feels like you are ordering from a friend. THANK YOU
