Horton BrassesReviews of horton-brasses.com

Excellent product with great service!

We, at Morningside Woodcrafters, Inc. , have been doing business with Horton Brasses for many years. The quality and beauty of their brasses are the best. The items they sell are of top quality and their staff is knowledgable and helpful. We highly reccomend thier products and services.

Order is taken with professionalism, packaged with care and delivered on time. Never had any issues with Horton. I will continue to use them and recommend them to other woodworkers.

It is always a thrill to realize that you are talking to the proprietor; especially, when you are uncertain what you are purchasing. So, imagine my surprise when my call was answered by the president of Horton Brasses! Orion was able to set me straight and I got exactly what I needed to complete my project. It may sound trite to speak about "a company that cares", but my experience was exactly that. I felt that Horton Brasses was almost as invested in the outcome of my project as I was. That is a very nice feeling indeed!

Ordered on line again several items in different sizes. Provided credit card number. Got quick confirmation and two day ship[ping again. Horton continues to provide the best delivery of any on line retailer we use. Certainly will continue to recommend Horton Brasses to anyone I can. Sure some folks are cheaper, but nobody provides the service like Horton.

I only wish that Imhad needs to use Horton Brasses again, such was my experience with a small, but crucial purchase.

We found an antique door (estimate 150 years old) with partial hardware attached (wrought iron strap hinges). We took photos to Orion at Horton Brass and he advised us as to the appropriate missing pieces, which included the need for a period-appropriate latch. All pieces were customized to the specifications needed by Horton's blacksmith in TN, and we couldn't be happier or more pleased with the final outcome and customer service.

Absolutely beautiful brass. Very helpful people to deal with. fast shipping. What's not to like?
