Horton Brasses did send us what we ordered. However upon receipt, I miscounted the MSF posts and posted a bad review. My mistake. After I realized I was wrong, I edited my 2-star review into a 5-star review. Some of the items are small. So, if you also think you were shorted (as I thought), the customer should double-check and look into every crevice where a part may have rolled away. On their own end, Horton Brasses made sure that they sent me a complete order.
