I purchased a set of bed bolts a wrench and covers for project. the bed wrench came and I was not happy with the finish on it and it had some isues in symetry. I called and left a message on friday after business hours monday morning I got a call not with the usual questions or run around but with a solution already thought out. The apologized ove and over and said they were looking at useing a tumbled finish and if I was in aggrement they would send me one out right away as a replacement. it arrived a day or two later in perfect condition. The new finish looks great and feels great in your hand. The patina that will develope will be amazing over the years. no one could ask for a more prompt or better resolution. thanks again to everyone at Horton Brasses.
