I only placed a small order, but I ordered the wrong size and with a quick call they changed the order in time to send the correct part. The hinges I ordered were very finely made and matched the description on the website- they also sent extra screws.

They are a better firm than I remember - the website is perfect, the products are great, and the service and delivery are perfect. I wonder why I have not used them more in the past?

After placing an order for an in-stock item, I received it the next day. All contact with Horton was pleasant and swift. Real people answer the phone. This company does business the old-fashioned way, most welcome in this era.

Great experience, as usual. Thanks for the updated catalogs -- they get better with every issue. The table I'm building is a sample for a "How-To" class I'm leading for the Charlotte Woodworkers club, and the table, when finished, will be donated to the One Special Christmas auction in December.
