Excellent quality and great service

I ordered a variety of Sheraton knobs in finish and color as candidates for new kitchen cabinets. The finish descriptions for brass on the website were accurate and very helpful. The knobs are of good quality and fairly priced and came in the mail in a reasonable amount of time.

When I need high quality hardware I often turn to Horton Brussels. Their quality is excellent and, most importantly, consistent. From their wide selection of finishes to the inclusion of steel pilot screws HB pays attention to the details, and it shows.

I make period furniture and rely on Horton Brasses for most of my period reproduction hardware needs. Four poster bed from garage sale in need of parts. Glad to find Horton Brasses offered right sized rail bolts/nuts to fit. Recommend them.

I ordered the Sheraton drawer pulls and request a shorter attachment screw than the standard . I received the shorter screw As I requested and realized that I should have just ordered the standard length. Called customer service and explain MY error. Without hesitation they informed me they would ship the standard size at no additional cost.

I was impressed with the easy of ordering, the speed of delivery, the incorporation of shipping papers that offered help with any shipping errors, & the use of eco-friendly packing materials. Oh, and the quality of the product.

Everything was exactly as I would hope: Fast, friendly, courteous and in stock. My order arrived in perfect condition, 27hrs after placing it! Amy was a great help, I hope she answers the phone when you call, because if you need hardware this is where you should shop.
