Horton BrassesReviews of horton-brasses.com

Excellent quality, quick delivery.

Horton Brasses products are first rate, many items unobtainable elsewhere. Delivered promptly even though order was placed during the big East Coast blizzard.

I had ordered handles through a local hardware company and thought I had order the right amount, but was short by half the amount. I contacted Horton Brass directly to customer service and explained my situation. She had promptly pulled my previous order up, reordered them for me and shipped them out that day. I asked time of delivery to be expected and was told 3-4 business days. I received them in 2. Made my day and saved my butt!

excellent product, and excellent service.

Excellent and prompt service. I made a modest purchase of under $60 and when I contacted Horton because of a delay in USPS delivery I received a quick reply from Orion Henderson, the President of Horton. He then sent me an unsolicited follow up email letting me Know that the tracking info showed my order had been delivered. Everything arrived perfectly.

I needed some decorative bolt covers and found exactly what I needed. Delighted with service and delivery. Thank you!

Easy to deal with. A pleasure doing business with this company. Thank you

The product was delivered on time and was exactly the dimensions that were advertised. It wasn't an exact match for my application but close enough.
