Horton BrassesReviews of horton-brasses.com

I have used their knobs and hinges in my cabinet making business for more years then I can remember. The product is high quality and they are always so pleasant to deal with. If I place an order I usually receive it the next day.

I think these hinges are incredibly well made. I build high-quality casework and using these hinges for inset doors provides the look I like. They are high quality and I like the different finishes available. They also come with both steel and brass screws, in the phillips and slotted styles so you have what you need for the specific job.

I needed quality hinges and a lock for a slant top secretary I am building..I saw a fellow woodworker using Horton for one which he made so I figured I would try them out... My order came with two courtesy catalogs beautifully done which I will use down the line because my computer is not always available to me iin the shop and the person whom I dealt with on the phone was completely knowledgeable ...the product was unbelievable in quality worth every penny ...My order even came packaged with a handwritten note from the Packer saying that if there was a problem that she was the person that packed the order and it would be corrected. I would triple the stars if I could ...oh yes did I mention that my order came the next day and although I am in neighboring Massachusetts most companies as close as New York state take three or four days to get things to you ..these guys rank!!!

This is a great company to work with. I called a representative with a series of questions and she was extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct purchase. The website is easy to use and delivery of the products I purchased was prompt. The quality of the things I purchased was superior in all aspects.

I placed an order with Horton to try out a couple of brass pulls and knobs for a project. One of the ring pulls was back ordered and Addy, a customer relations representative was in touch with me immediately. She handled it all seamlessly, including adding additional pulls to my order and re-invoicing me. Shipping was fast and the product was beautiful. I wish I could have used everything, but some of the pulls didn't work for my project. I sent them back and Horton processed an immediate refund. Bottom line, I will order again from Horton and in fact look forward to my next project for that reason!

Very pleased with the set of knobs and pulls I ordered. They look incredible on my new sideboard. Delivery was fast too.

A little expensive but worth the money . Had my complete order delivered on 3 days.seems like a good company

I have not actually used the pieces yet. But the look and feel are better than expected. The hinges are the pieces that I really wanted at the time of the ordering. I really like that there is no slop in the hinges compared to what I have been using.
