Great selection of products at very good prices. Found Horton when doing a search a number of years ago for brass bin pulls. Can't top A US company that has what you need at better than competitors prices. Would recommend Horton to anyone looking for knobs, handles etc.

Originally I ordered the wrong piece. Because it was Sunday evening I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. On Monday morning I called to confirm and was told by a very helpful representative that they had received my note and would cancel the order and walked me through ordering the correct piece. In this age of anonymous online shopping Horton provides personal and superior service.

Ordered a bunch of non-mortise butt hinges from Horton Brasses. All parts arrived when promised, very well packed, along with a personal note from the person that packed my shipment providing me with a phone number to call with any questions/comments/issues. VERY nice touch, and much appreciated. The quality of the hinges is FANTASTIC. Zero play in the hinge mechanism, very high quality metals, and superb fit and finish. I will order all needed hinges in the future from Horton Brasses.

I first purchased drawer pulls from another company which were described as,"authentic early American reproduction hardware". When my order arrived I was disappointed in the poor quality. When I looked at the packaging I found the "made in china" inscription. I didn't spend months building a period correct chest of drawers to put Chinese hardware on it. I sent it back and ordered the hardware from Horton Brasses. It arrived quicker than the first order did and I was quite pleased with the quality. Made in America! I broke a post during installation. My fault. They sent a new one free. it arrived in a few days! I'm happy to have found Horton Brasses. I won't buy hardware any where else.

I'm always blown away by the cost of Horton's hinges and pulls, but never disappointed in the quality. When you're building something that will be passed down through your family, why not use the best?
