Horton BrassesReviews of horton-brasses.com

Had a great experience working with them.

I ordered iron hooks and I'm very pleased. The product is attractive and unique looking. The hooks are in a visible spot and they look great. Delivery was fast. I would order from this firm again.

I purchased drawer pulls and door drop pulls. The drawer pulls were Chippendale antique brass and were high quality. The door drop pulls were William and Mary style and were flawless. The online catalog listed a size too big for my application. The escutcheon plate diameter was too large. I talked with Addie at Horton Brass and she found a compatible plate size that matched the style of the drop. Because she went the extra mile I will look to Horton first.

I called in to place my order and was very happy with service over the phone. Products arrived when I was told they would and exceeded my expectations. I'm all for buying from companies like Horton Brasses that still make products in the USA. This is a company that really seems to care about customer satisfaction and I look forward to doing more business with them.

great products and service

Great service; great quality.

Order was exactly as expected and quickly delivered. The ability to specify a screw length for drawer pulls is a huge plus.

They are always precise and timely. Good hardware at reasonable prices.
