I needed to replace knobs on pull out shelves, but I was confused by the choices, so I called the 800 number and not only received clear explanations, but also got wonderful advice on what would best meet my needs. The product came much sooner than promised and the quality was superb. They have choices that cannot be found in any retail store.

Found Horton while restoring an antique cabinet and they were the only ones to offer English lock mechanisms with the right quality and dimensions. The search capability on their site was the best and shipping was the fastest ever.

There was a note in the package from the packer explaining everything and telling me what to do if I didn't get what I wanted. I was very pleased with this note and with the product.

I've been purchasing my hardware from Horton-Brasses for a few years and have always received great product and wonderful help when needed. They are extremely prompt in shipping and take great care in protecting the hardware. I basically order period correct hinges, pulls, and other hardware for my period furniture reproductions.

The craftsman style pulls are the perfect finish to a pair of nightstands I made. They are far and away better than anything I saw in the woodworking catalogs or hardware stores.

I couldn't have been happier with the service from Horton Brasses. Unfortunately, the product I ordered didn't fit for the application that I needed. When I contacted them to return the product, they were quick, efficient, pleasant and even suggested alternatives. I would definitely order from them again!
