Ordered some knobs from Horton Brass. I was shocked to see them on my doorstep in just two days. After opening I realized the fasteners would not work for my application so I called customer service. They issued me a prepaid return label for an even exchange. The new knobs showed in two days. Most business wil charge you twice for an exchange until return is processed before a credit is issued. Not Horton Brass, they took care of it, no questions asked and didnt ask for my credit card. I highly recomend doing business with this company.
