I really tried to love this site
I really tried to love this site. Very hard to win horse race bets or not. The bonus in the games pay less than some line it’s. And now you have to wait for 30+ minutes to get your money turned to credits so it logs you out and game progress starts all over. I really wanted to love this casino but feel let down hundreds and hundreds of dollars I have deposited I would have a better chance driving an hour to my local casino

Thanks for taking the time to share this, Juan. Unlike traditional casinos, Horseplay outcomes are powered by horse racing results. Because your wagers are tied to real-world events, there may be a brief interval while races finalize and credits are settled. That said, what you mentioned around delays converting to credits and being logged out isn’t the experience we want players to have. Our Player Experience team would be happy to take a closer look at this for you and investigate any delays or interruptions. Please reach out to us at [email protected].

Thank god I only deposit $10 test the water . Btw first deposit bonus, very predatory way to phrase it. If you deposit $10-$250 they will match 100% of it in credit ! Anyone new would think if you deposit $50 you would get $100 or $100 you would get $200 . Na if you deposit $20 you would only get $20 . Anyways deposit $10, minimum play .5 on some bootleg pragmatic gem slot . Literally out of 20 spin on .5 spin won $1??? Yeah didn’t even waste time told support to delete my account and information

Hi there, we appreciate the feedback. To clarify, a 100% match means if you buy $20, we give you an additional $20 in credits (totaling $40). We aim to be as transparent as possible with our offers. Regarding the gameplay: Horseplay isn’t a traditional 'slot.' All outcomes are determined by real, live horse racing, which is why the experience feels a bit different from a standard casino. We’re sorry it wasn't for you, but we’ve processed your request to close the account and wish you the best.

I can't believe
I can't believe not only the popular slot player on YouTube supports this Casino. I never have seen a casino run like this .Very volatile games only..I'm sure some people win but as seen on reviews not many..Withdrawals are necessary if you get ahead .

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Lisa. Horseplay operates a bit differently from traditional casino apps, as all outcomes are based on real, live horse racing results, which can lead to more variable sessions. Some stretches may feel stronger than others depending on those results. Our Player Experience team has reached out regarding your concerns and would love to connect further about your experience. You can also contact us directly at [email protected]. We’re here to help.

they at least let you cash out if you can actually win
you know you would think that at least one out of four deposits you could win something but not the case with this place I was able to win when I first signed up but that was it it was like they were trying to prove something. and every other deposit since has been not even a bonus or a decent spin. this last one was $45 the one before that $45 loan for that $50 and the one before that is 50 and out of those I have not been able to withdraw anything it always goes down to $9 cash so that you can't play it and you can't withdraw it however this is one of the better sites for being able to withdraw your cash without a whole lot of nonsense and a couple of weeks like that stupid slots of Vegas

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, Amanda. We understand how it can feel when early wins aren’t followed by the same results. Horseplay outcomes are tied to real, live horse racing results, so sessions can vary quite a bit and may not follow a predictable pattern from one deposit to the next. We’re glad to hear withdrawals have been smooth for you, that’s something we work hard to get right. Our Support team has reached out to you regarding your experience with us. You can reach out to them as well at [email protected].

Horseplay REFUSES to release winnings
I won $399 on this app and submitted a redemption request. However, the company has been holding my payout for nearly two weeks. They claim there was an issue with a separate deposit that did not clear through my bank. The deposit they are referencing occurred after the winnings in question. I explained the situation to support multiple times and even offered a simple solution: deduct the amount they say is owed directly from my $399 winnings and send the remaining balance. Unfortunately, they have refused to do that and instead insist that I send additional money before releasing my payout, even though they are currently holding my winnings. I am willing to resolve the situation in good faith and pay any legitimate balance that did not clear, but it makes no sense to require additional payment while my winnings are still being withheld. At this point I am still waiting for the $399 payout I won on the platform. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. For transparency, I am also submitting a complaint with the appropriate state regulators since the platform operates under HHR gaming laws. Until this is resolved, I would advise others to be cautious.

Total scam
Total scam. If you deposit you can't withdraw without playing $1900 first. Avoid at all cost. Then they send messages responding to my post on trustpilot and they make it seem like they are legit. But thier responses are pure nonsense. They lie, cheat and scam. It is obvious they don't have enough money to cash you out on wins. After depositing $250 playing and winning. I go to withdraw and they say I have to deposit $1900 more dollars if I want to make withdrawals. If you see any positive reviews here they are fake without a doubt. Now thier site has been down for maintenance for 3 days. Big time scam. Don't deposit. You will regret it.
