Hey, Liza! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing. We'd like to clarify that funds are never forfeited if your balance is below the minimum credit purchase amount. While there is a minimum required to purchase credit packages, any remaining cash balance stays securely in your account and can be used toward a future credit purchase. Horseplay is tied to real, live horse racing results, so wins and bonus frequency can vary from session to session, but outcomes are not adjusted based on a player's balance or previous gameplay. If you have any questions about your account or your available balance, our Player Experience team is always happy to help at [email protected].

We’re sorry to hear your experience left you feeling this way, Ben. We understand how frustrating it can be when bonus rounds are hard to come by or the results don't meet your expectations. Horseplay works differently from traditional online casinos, as all outcomes are tied to real, live horse racing results, which can make gameplay feel more volatile from session to session. We'd also like to reassure you that outcomes and bonus frequency are not rigged or adjusted behind the scenes. Horseplay is a licensed and regulated platform operating in 18 states, and all wagers are determined by the underlying horse racing events. We appreciate you giving Horseplay a try, and if you'd ever like us to answer any questions, our Player Experience team is available 24/7 at [email protected]. Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, Christopher. We understand how frustrating it can be when gameplay doesn't go the way you hoped or when technical issues interrupt the experience. We'd like to clarify that Horseplay is a licensed and regulated platform operating in 18 states, and all outcomes are tied to real, live horse racing results. Wins and losses are not influenced by bonus credits, account history, or previous gameplay, and there is no system that adjusts outcomes based on whether you've received a promotion. Regarding the issues you mentioned, our Player Experience team has already reached out to you to address your concerns and review your experience. As a valued player, we also provided a goodwill bonus and hope it gives you the opportunity for a better experience. We appreciate your feedback, and if there's anything further you'd like us to look into, our team is always happy to help at [email protected].

Hey, Carol, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can feel when your recent sessions haven't matched the experience you had in the past. Horseplay is tied to real, live horse racing results, so gameplay and payouts can vary from session to session. While we know that doesn't make a dry spell any less frustrating, we want to assure you that outcomes are not influenced by a player's history, previous wins, or time on the platform. We also appreciate your feedback about free play. We regularly offer promotions and rewards, though eligibility can vary over time. While we're unable to provide bonuses upon request, we encourage players to keep an eye on their email and our Promotions page for future offers they may qualify for. Thanks again for your honest feedback, and if you'd like us to review your account or discuss your experience further, our Player Experience team is always happy to help at [email protected].

Hi Anthony, thanks so much for the detailed review. We always appreciate it when a player takes the time to give us a balanced look at what we're doing right and where we can improve. It's awesome to hear that you're enjoying our game selection, promos, and smooth banking. On the flip side, we hear you loud and clear on how frustrating a long dry spell can be, especially at higher stakes. To give you a little context on why the games might feel a bit different from what you're used to: Horseplay doesn't use a traditional slot RTP model. Because all of our game outcomes are tied to real, live horse racing, the volatility and bonus frequencies can behave differently from games found on a conventional casino site. We want to assure you that there is absolutely no algorithm that tightens or loosens your results based on how you play. Horseplay is fully regulated across 18 states, and everything is strictly transparent and tied to the tracks. We’re sharing your notes with our internal teams, as feedback like yours is exactly how we figure out how to communicate these unique mechanics better. Thanks again for the honest breakdown!

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Getting logged out during a bonus round is incredibly frustrating, and we're really sorry that disrupted your game. We wanted to reassure you that your winnings and outcomes are not lost due to the technical glitch. Since Horseplay is powered by live horse racing, the result of your wager is finalized behind the scenes the moment it's placed. Even if your screen freezes, the actual outcome stays exactly the same and lands safely in your balance. We want to make sure you feel confident about your account, so if you'd like to chat further about the specifics of that session, please feel free to message our Player Experience team anytime at [email protected].

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. We understand that Horseplay can feel different from what some players initially expect. As our support team explained, Horseplay is a licensed and regulated horse racing product, where all outcomes are tied to real, live horse racing results, with the games serving as an entertaining way to reveal those outcomes. Our goal has always been to provide a unique gaming experience built around horse racing, and we recognize that some players may be more familiar with traditional online casino products. That's why we encourage players to review the information available throughout the platform and reach out to our Player Experience team with any questions about how wagers, odds, and payouts work. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective with us. We're sorry to hear that the experience ultimately wasn't what you were looking for, but we appreciate the time you spent with Horseplay and your willingness to share your thoughts.
