We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the Wellness Challenge and the $19.99 charge. The Wellness Challenge is a separate digital plan presented during checkout and is separate from the Hormify supplement subscription. After the trial period, it renews at $19.99 per month unless canceled according to the applicable terms. Reminder emails are also sent before the charge, but we understand your concern that the purpose of those emails and the enrollment itself should be very clear.
