If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a three-month supply after reading all the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. After two months, my weight had increased and my menstrual cycle shortened to 20 days, despite being regular for years. Once my cycle became irregular, I stopped taking the supplement immediately. At that point, I accepted that it simply wasn’t a good fit for me. When I went online to cancel my subscription, I was surprised to find I had to pay an additional $33 just to cancel. I emailed the company to explain my experience and asked if the cancellation fee could be waived. I did not request a refund. In response, I received lengthy emails implying that the weight gain and cycle changes were my fault, despite the fact that I hadn’t changed my diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle. This supplement was the only difference. I then asked for a link to leave an honest review on their website and was told that reviews could not be submitted there and that I should instead share my concerns via email for them to “handle.” This raised several red flags. Even if the product works for some people, the way a company treats its customers matters just as much, and this experience was disappointing.
