I have been with Horizon Trust (HTC) for about 3 years and just had the pleasure to seek guidance from Julie Hardwick in Customer Service. I called with a question about a 'disregarded entity', which probably isn't a common question for her department, and she took the time to find the answer for me. She also went above and beyond by taking the initiative to review whether I filed my annual FMV form ( Fair Market Value) and 5500 IRS form. Then she reviewed the HTC website with me so that I was comfortable finding the necessary forms. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, she was so patient and kind. She took her time, and made sure that I understood all of the subjects that we discussed. This is what good relationships is all about. What an asset Julie is to HTC.... Thanks
