Dana , went way beyond what was expected of her. She kept in constant contact with me and answered all my questions and emails expediently. She was very knowledgeable and very professional along with a great personality and made this process easy and fun. Horizon is lucky to have her on their team. Mark Metzger

Horizon lied to me about what they could do for my bottom line with the monies i was to invest in their self directed account, they had no good products to choose from and no decent help at all, once my money was moved over they was done with me and i was left to feel my way around,aboutrn8 months i moved my money in hopes i could achieve better they penalized me $500.00, said it was at the end of the fine print of the application, the fcc doesn't do a thing about these and other scams so watch out as to where you place your hard earned retirement or investment monies.

What can l say about Horizon Trust Company? Only good things come to mind, back in December 2022 l decided to retire from AT&T after 26 years and l called Horizon Trust Company and Kelsea Gines answered the phone and she answered all my questions explaining about Self-Directed 401K. She helped me roll over my retirement account to a Self-Directed 401K and the process was fast and by January 2023 l was investing my money in different companies. Thank you so much Kelsea Gines! First timer here! Amber Neubig has been super helpful through this entire process. She and her team have delivered a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I just started my first investment, and the process was painless, which I was pleasantly surprised. If you have doubts about moving your money over to Horizon because you are not experienced, fear not! They gave me the "hand-holding" I needed.

I have been a client of Horizon for 9 years. They have made it possible to invest retirement funds into non-traditional assets. They are a personal company, one of the few remaining where a real person answers phone calls. If you are looking to invest in real estate, digital assets, businesses through your IRA I would recommend Horizon Trust.
