I couldn't get the answers I needed from the website nor the general responses I was getting from the "Operations Department." Claudia was able to clear up the confusion in a single phone call and had all of the answers I was looking for. Will be saving her contact info for future reference.

Talked to service rep Samantha. Even though I was a little frustrated when I called, she was calm, pleasant, and helpful! She helped me understand my options and clearly explained what I needed to do to manage the situation. My initial frustration was in no way caused by Horizon or the service they provided.
