Hi Roy, RealFlight is offered in a couple software packages, the Full version, with over 300 Aircraft, and a Trainer version with 6 beginner-level aircraft. These can be purchased with additional hardware packages that provide controllers and/or wireless connection solutions. We do not offer the simulator with just one single aircraft as that would require over 300 independent software packages. Since your first contact with us, one of our RealFlight Support Agents has reached out to you with more information and provided steps to get started with a trial version that will allow you to try the simulator and decide if it's right for you. If you have any further questions or need help installing and running it please reply to his email and we'll be glad to help. We thank you for your interest in RealFlight and hope you do choose to join the RealFlight community and the best RC Simulator available! Best Regards,

EDIT: we were able to locate the shipment and it was delivered today with photo verification 2/16/2026. Hi Jean Remy. We see you placed an order on Friday Jan 30th and we shipped it out on on Monday. At that point FedEx seems to have misdirected the package, and we are working with them to locate it and either get it delivered to you or returned and replaced. We know this is frustrating for you and can only ask for your patience while we work to get this resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated as we work with FedEx's process to arrive at the fastest resolution. Sincerely,

Hi Long Nguyen, We apologize for the delay you encountered receiving your gift cards. Due to the nature of the promotion we were offering, we had to special-process the gift cards to add the bonus gift card to each order, and purchasing it on a Friday meant that this would happen after the weekend. There is an opportunity on our part to better communicate this moving forward: that it may take 1-2 business days days for the process to be completed. We see that everything went through and would like to thank you both for your purchase and your patience in this. Sincerely,

Hi Brian, Horizon Hobby will typically continue to carry parts and accessories for RC Cars after they have been discontinued. At some point though we will place a final order for parts when the sales projection cannot support future orders. It's also important to keep in mind that when an otherwise popular car is discontinued, we might have a new version in the works that adds features and performance and shares a large number of parts with its predecessor. In any event, if you are in need of parts for an older model we suggest reaching out to our Product Support team who can help with locating stock or alternate parts. We hope to make contact with you soon, Best Regards,

Hi Tyler, We have requested some documentation from you for your warranty claim and are awaiting this in order to proceed. We checked your order history and were not able to locate anything, but that might just mean it was purchased under a different name or account, or a while ago. Please respond to the email we sent with the information requested and we'll get this going again. Hope to hear from you soon! Best Regards,

Hi James, We're just following up to make sure you received the warranty support you were looking for. In the UK, warranty is provided through the place of purchase and we're unable to send parts from the US. In any event, there is always a pathway to get support for your Arrma purchase and we hope you are back up and driving. We do apologize for the inconvenience, Sincerely,

Hi Smith Leslee Strawbridge We're sorry and concerned to hear you had issues with two of the Spektrum A6380 servos. These are designed, tested and proven to offer reliable, precise trouble-free operation and are backed by a Spektrum Warranty. The most common cause of failure is operation out of the recommended voltage range, or installation on a surface that does not allow the servo to travel to the intended end point. Given the plane you have these in, we trust in your installation and doubt either of these issues applies to this case. The name on this review did not pull up any account we can reach you by, but we would recommend that you contact our Product Support team via live chat or email and we'll be glad to get replacements on the way to you! Thank you for choosing Hangar-9 and Spektrum, and we hope to get you squared away as soon as possible. Best Regards,
