This company is the worst. Using the world event not to have the answer any questions about their sucky products. 2 hours and 22 mins later still on hold. And i'm holding until the worst people in the world answer. Make your local hobby store stand behind HORIZON HOBBY and you'll see the difference in how your local store treats you, Even they hate HORIZON HOBBY......call me 5057980503....Sherry

Ordered a rc car. Was on backorder. Rep from company told me to keep che king website for when product comes in, and then tell them again if i still wanted it. Then when they do get the item in they wont.fill you in on any part of any process. Poorly run company and customer service. If you want to be given a run around and maybe get your product within 2 months. Then this is your place to shop! Horrible horrible experience.just to make a purchase!

Ordered an item from their branch in Switzerland trough Horizonhobby.ch. Package did not arrive for more than a month... Ringing to the phone-number found at the internet confirmed that company which fulfills their orders is not located at this address anymore. Ringing to the phone number from horizonhobby.ch page transfer the call to the Germany. Person picking up the call does not speak english... This company is a joke!

Bought a blade 120 a helicopter. Unhappy with it from the start. Rang USA for support and fobbed off. E-mailed to complain about it. Reply just said to return to Germany. Customer support is a joke. Will spend more next time to be able to be able to see someone over a counter. Now in the box as won't work at all. Junk.

Michael in customer service is clueless about what customer service is. He should be mowing the lawn or sweeping the floors or stocking shelves. As far as the product goes (Vaterra ascender crawler) it worked fine out of the box. But now the radio will not bind to transmitter. I think it’s as easy as replacing the garbage spektrum electronics. My customer service guy Michael says, did you check the batteries? Are you kidding... you guys suck , going to stick with traxxas as they have knowledgeable employees to help serve customers who need assistance. Your star rating needs to go to the left, not the right.

Worst customer service ever if you buy an RC car from them it's probly junk and it probably will break and when it does they won't help you they won't issue a refund they probably won't even pick up your phone call do not waste time with these scammers!!

Mostly i like there product but this scx 10.3 is a joke trying to get parts just to put a servo together will never buy again traxxas trx 4 will be got soon as i sell this scx 10.3 been on shelf for 3 weeks now being told till end of may what a joke !!! If i could give a negative 5 i would !!!
