I’ve purchased multiple times from Horizon Hobby. Shipping times are always reasonable. I’ve never had a problem with not getting what I expected. I’ve also had multiple experiences with the service department. Response time is not immediate but is always within the time they promise. They have always been able to fix any issues I’ve had. The service department is top notch. I highly recommend HH for your remote control hobby.

I have always loved Horizon Hobbies and Tower Hobbies. My thoughts are if you know your going to run out of a product then the smart thing to do is next time you order more so customers dont have to wait till back orders come available I found what i needed on ebay and i didnt want to go there but some times ya gotta do what ya gotta do .

My experience wasn't great, IT WAS AMAZING!!!! This website is not just designed well and easy to navigate, it's a magical playground laden with some of the coolest stuff to ever exist on this massive spinning ball we call earth. If you so wish to purchase one of these nuggets of awesomeness the staff at Horizon Hobby, who must all be wizards, will have it shipped out to you so fast that the package will quite possibly break the sound barrier.

I have been dealing with Horizon for i can't even count the number of years. I'm a 60 year old kid who loves to build and fly. All the things I can only do from a wheelchair. From parts to planes to helicopters , controllers boats you name it. I own it. They have always come through. I see some of the comments about delayes well blame guys like me for buying out the inventory and understand in the summer os not the time to be looking for things shop early and make sure you buy the most commonly replaced items if you are new to the hobby. I never mind waiting because I have plentry of other units to fly. But from my first piper cub to my newest p51d and everything in between over 20 years they still work. Great customer service who will help you find replacments for even out of production parts when available. Thanks guys
