My nephew purchased 6s Aarma Kraton for his birthday. 30 minutes into driving it, the gear flew off the motor. We contacted Verizon Hobby to get a new gear and they said they would send 1 free of cost. That is going on 5 months ago and they continue to tell us the part is on its way. My nephew is 11 years old and had saved his money for 2 years to purchase what he believed to be the best remote control car only to remain extremely disappointed to have never been able to drive it. It is now about to be winter and instead of being interested in the hobby, he doesn't even want to talk about it. I recommend not buying any product from Horizon, as it seems that once they have your hard earned money they could care less.

one of the worst companies and products i dealt with. terrible technicians and customer service. purchased a new umx turbo timber at Horizon Hobby Europe. First flight it lost connection to the receiver and crashed. thought it was a one time issue. Third flight it lost connection in 20 meter height and uncontrollable went nose down into the ground. i have the same transmitter running on 10 planes. no issues. did researched that this plane has transmitter issues and sent it for 35 Euros self paid to Horizon. they told me that the receiver cannot be tested because its too damaged. and offered 50 percent off a new turbo timber. meanwhile the price of that plane got 40 percent higher on their website. then they suddenly said the receiver is working?!? i bet they never tested it. its a joke, any reasonable company issues a full refund if they ship a damaged product. i had a broken heli and airplane from Banggood and they issued a full refund and shipping for both. shame on Horizon. never again

I give this company less than a 1 star review. We bought 2 RC boats While on vacation we realize the batteries didn’t work, took them straight back to the hobby store and they would not return them. We were told we had to contact the company horizon so I did they proceeded to tell me under their warranty guidelines, they would not send me new batteries. I would absolutely buy other products in the RC world all day long.

Ordered 2 very expensive RC Lipo batteries. One works, one won’t charge more than 50%. And you can’t run a Lipo below 40% so it’s useless. And, of course, YOU CANT RETURN THEM. What a joke.

Buy something else not pro boat or horizon hobby. No support after purchasing. No one knows anything about the products being sold. No replacement parts are available.. to wait for a 2016/2017 boat parts is Just crap all around!!

Purchased a Fox 3000 Glider ,1week later first flight . The flight went very good but when I got ready to leave ,could NOT get the wing off , the pin inside had broken off . Took 3 hours. They won’t do anything on top of that they want $200 for a pair of wings .so that is $499 for 1 flight and $200 for new wings $700 now . There’s no repair for the plastic piece , unimaginable, a snap together plane ,with plastic pins and no repair
