bought battery and charger bundle and the battery will not charge or fit in the car horizon will not warranty to replace battery

Don't order from this company if you live out of the US. I live in Canada and you will receive an invoice from fed ex for clearance fees, disbursement fees plus duty fee ( this one understandable) your $200 rc plane will cost you more realistically close to $400. Horizon authirizes the product to be released at the border and has you the consumer charged for everything. You can't even send this product back cause they won't authorize it to be returned. Absolutely a shady business

They don't Support small hobby shops you can not even talk to someone on phone

Hands Down the worse customer service I ever received. Been 2 weeks counts less attempts to message, email, Damn sure can't call. Have not gotten to speak to a human yet. Will not buy here again!

Recently bought a plane from horizon hobby and picked the 1 day shipping method, And this company claims that they will ship your item out the same day you order it as long as it is a business day. Ordered on a Saturday (I am aware this is not a business day) I was assuming it would ship out Monday but no it is currently Tuesday still no shipment. You can’t talk to this company over the phone so you have to send them an email or a chat message when I try to send a chat message every time it says “our representatives are busy helping other customers” tried to email them but no response, I sent them a email 48 hours ago. If I could just talk to someone at this company that would be great. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Customer service has been terrible. I would like to talk to someone about my experience and can only wait up to 72 hrs for an email response.

My 6 year old buys a 1/18 scale ruckus , what a piece of crap and broke within two months and the store we bought of from, no warranty…boy cried due to he paid for this with his own money. Great service, thanks

no more live customer support at the toll free number is done buy email or chat i-i uto was a big fan of them but no more i quit useing there product like spekrum treansmiiter and reciever i went to onther brand .
