Worst customer service, they do not stand behind their warranty unless every box is checked. I purchased a new Typhon from an online retailer and used PayPal for the transaction. Once I received the Typhon, the esc was bad and Horizon Hobbies told me too bad. A PayPal receipt is not good enough to honor the warranty. Not another penny will go to Horizon Hobbies.

ordered 2 Gen 3 Protoform oval bodies one I ran in one heay race and it started to crack in the wheel wells. Number two just cut and painted and started to crack in the wheel wells never ran the body. Contacted Horizon and was told they were not defective. Sorry but i have cut and painted hundreds of bodies these 2 are defective for sure!!!

I ordered a RC airplane from HORIZON HOBBY in March 23. It arrived DOA. They told me to send it back and they would send a new one as soon as I shipped the dead one. I contacted them when it return was on the way and they changed the story. It was now going to be a couple of weeks. Today I checked again and they are telling me it's 2 months out. I no longer believe I will ever get the replacement. 0 stars and an "F" for lack of telling the truth and lack of customer service.

After not charging numerous smart batteries very soon after receiving them with no directions that stated that was necessary, Horizon Hobby would not help nor allow contact to or from an actual person to get a non-chat answer. I will cease my long term customer status with them.

I bought airplane almost 2 months ago and put it together and the plane wouldnt even move.I've been emailing horizon hobby about it i sent many different email messages at first i thought they were going to actually help they ask for info that i sent what they were asking for and i havent heard back from them yet.I dont recommend buying anything from them because they dont honor their word ] or produts A 1 star is to much

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Brand new outcast exb 6s and the MF drives in circles. Been emailing back and fourth for days and the tech keeps telling me to bind and calibrate like I haven’t tried that a million times. Will never buy another RC from this company again. I’m sticking with Traxxas from now on. Not a single problem with their customer service. And you can talk to someone!!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I know they are dominating the market with cheaper prices but trust me worth paying higher price. Bought a brand new no prep losi 22s it arrived broken and have been asking for an exchange or repair they keep pushing me off trying to run out my warranty so then I ask for a refund no more communication. $400 is alot of money for something broken that they won't fix or replace trust me go with a different company I will most definitely pay higher prices for now on

Really bad customer support. Not good like futaba you call them. You can talk to a person right away. You cannot call horizon hobby. They will not to return your emails and it is hard to discuss the things you are doing and it takes so long. Emailing back and forth much faster with talking to somebody.
