Wonderful customer service!! I emailed horizon Hobby about a problem that I had with my new kraton 6s, and less than 1 hour later they responded and shipped me a new part! Very fast and very professional customer service. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Purchased an ECX temper gen2 from a hobby store during a recent trip and a couple of batteries into it (first week of ownership) the front right axle pin disappeared rendering the crawler to a 3x4. After contacting customer support, Wayne shipped out a replacement part within days. Back up and running and enjoying the truck a lot. Great turnaround great service. Thank you.

Very helpful customer service. Had my ECX Ruckus 1/18 scale rear differential break after a couple uses, I called them, They sent out a brand new one out to me for free the next week. If there was more than five stars I would for surely give Horizon hobby more stars. I am very happy with the employees. Very helpful. Thank you Horizon Hobby!

I've been using HH since almost the beginning. I say almost because I did try other brands and the experience was not good. The safety features on the DX radios alone were worth it. I find most of their foam planes to be really durable. Even the micros. There are a few that are a little delicate to get the weight down, but they are not beginner planes. Actually, they don't even sell those 4 anymore. I've had to contact the Horizon's customer service 3 times over the years and every time they sent me a replacement or the parts that needed replacing. They do back their products and I will keep buying from them. Every time I order I get a confirmation email. I get another email when it is shipped with tracking. Planes and other big things take about 2 days. Small orders of props or parts take 3 to 4 days. If you are not getting a confirmation email, then you put in the wrong email address. The whole things is automated.

Horizon hoby has the best customer services for a rc hobby store and I would advise you to order from this rc online store next time you want an rc toy.
